The property exterior is fully maintained year-round. Snow removal, lawn cutting, and seasonal upkeep — all handled by the management team. You never need to lift a shovel.
Parking
One parking spot available per room. Secure, on-property parking — no street parking stress during Toronto winters. Primary parking spot at the front is available for $200 /month. Other 2 spots are available at the back of the building for $150 /month each. All spots are available on a first come first serve basis.
