Everything you need to know before booking.

We require a minimum 3-month commitment with first and last month's rent at signing. Month-to-month available after the initial term.
Rooms are furnished with a twin sized bed, mirror, desk and a chair. Tenants bring their beddings and pillow. Smart lock, window coverings, and closet are included.
The kitchen is equipped with an Instant Pot, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The stove and oven are not available for tenant use. The Full Meal Plan is our recommended solution for tenants who want hot prepared meals daily.
Your monthly rent covers: heat, hydro, water, WiFi, weekly cleaning, stocked fridge, all appliances, laundry access, snow and lawn maintenance, and 24/7 CCTV security. The only extras are parking (+$150-200) and the Full Meal Plan (+$840).
The Full Meal Plan launches April 2026. You can add it at sign-up or anytime during your stay with 2 weeks notice.
We accommodate vegetarian and halal dietary preferences. Please note that meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen and may contain peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens. Residents with severe food allergies are advised that we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please indicate your dietary preferences at sign-up.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at $150 - 200/month. Confirm availability at time of booking.
The property is professionally managed by Casa Maple Suites. All maintenance requests are handled promptly through our dedicated contact line.
24/7 CCTV cameras cover all entry points and common areas. Each private room has a smart lock. You have full control over your room's access at all times.
Occasional guests are welcome during reasonable hours. Everyone on the property are subject to house rules outlined in your lease agreement.
